Q:Can I get a sample before place a order and how many days I can get the sample?
A:Yes, you can. We can make a sample and send to you during 6-7 days, you can get a digital sample during a week!

Q:Is the sample charge can be refundable?
A :Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you have placed you order, but the sample shipping freight should be deducted.

Q:What kind of sample can I get?
A:You can get digital sample. But you need to pay the shipping fee.
For product sample, it depends on your need. We can provide hard copy proofs.

Q:What is your leading time for mass(bulk) printing?
A:Normally, 8-10 days for less than 100000 pcs softcover book.

Q:Will you sign a contract for protecting client's copy right and printing right?
A:Yes,we will, before we start to print, we will send a contract to you to sign, after both of us sign it,we will start to print for you.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment. Paypal or Credit card are also welcome.
